Can I cancel my DataReportive subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You will have access to all the features for the
duration for which your subscription should have lasted. You will have 14 days before the end of your
subscription period to migrate any data. After that your account will be scaled down to a Free
account.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The free account lets you try DataReportive with no credit card required and includes almost all the features of a paid subscription. If you need to test with more users, contact us and we can set up an extended trial for your team.
What is a managed service and how much does it cost?
With a managed service we can set up your DataReportive instance, create customizable templates and
write all the queries needed for your reports. Obviously the work will vary greatly depending on your
